Private yoga sessions are designed to support your individual needs, whether you're looking to relieve pain, improve mobility, build strength, or develop better relaxation techniques.

Type of practices:
  • Hatha Yoga – Gentle, foundational, breath-focused

  • Vinyasa Yoga – Dynamic, flowing, breath-synchronized

  • Therapeutic Yoga – Trauma-sensitive, deep healing

  • Yin-Restaurative Yoga – Relaxing, passive, tension-releasing, calming the nervous system

  • This is not just a private yoga class—it's a holistic, goal-oriented approach to help you progress confidently in your practice and integrate yoga into your daily life in a safe and effective way. What is included:
  • Each session is personalized based on an initial assessment, ensuring a safe and structured approach that respects your physical condition, nervous system health, and overall vitality.

How does it work?
  • Online (video call): 1 hour – $100 CAD

  • In-Person: 1 hour – $120 CAD

  • Individual, group, or corporate sessions available.

Additional Information
  • For deeper relaxation and nervous system balance, sessions can also include sound therapy (“sound medicine”), a powerful tool for stress relief and restoration.

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if you miss a session without 48 hours' notice.

  • AC$20 travel fee per hour applies for in-home sessions outside downtown Montreal.

Naturopathic Consultation

Naturopathy is utilizes natural therapies to support the body's self-healing abilities, address the root causes of illness, and promote overall wellness through a holistic and patient-centered approach.

  • Sound bath, Voice Work (Bija mantra), Tibetan or Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks
