A creamy homemade plant drink made with pumpkin seeds and a little hemp oil.

Ingredients

  • 100 g pumpkin seeds

  • 1 L fresh water

  • A drizzle of maple syrup, to taste

  • ½ tsp hemp oil

Method

  1. Soak the seeds for 2 hours to overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Drain and discard the soaking water. Use 1 litre of fresh water for the preparation.

  3. Blend with the remaining ingredients until smooth.

  4. Strain through cheesecloth.

Keep the pulp to add to a smoothie, chia pudding or oatmeal. Refrigerate.
