Winter Solstice Celebration

In a partnership with the Atma Yoga Studio, you are invited to an immersive experience celebrating the Winter Solstice, centered on sensory exploration and deep relaxation.

Led by Vanessa Théroux and her musicians, this unique workshop offers a live sound bath experience, combining sensory exploration, purification rituals, and relaxation. It allows participants to reconnect with themselves and the natural cycles on which we all depend.

This experience fosters the inner grounding necessary for purification and renewal during the longest night of the year, marking the beginning of winter.
